When people feel pressure to change and they feel pressure not to change they resist change. That is not good for people who want to grow (and that is everyone!)

There are two types of security based thinking styles. Passive and Aggressive. They can be measured.

Why is that important?

Because passive aggressive thinking acts like multiple brakes on your satisfaction and you probably don’t even know you are using them (that is why you can’t work out why you are stuck)

If you can see your security based thinking styles you can change them.

That is really useful if you want to get unstuck!
