I’m the founder of YourThinkingCoach.com

With over 20 years of experience in coaching, facilitating, training, and mentoring, I help people and businesses move from conflict to harmony using well-researched, scientific, and systems-based methods.

My core competencies include conflict resolution, interest-based problem-solving, collective negotiations, coaching, training, leadership development and high performance through engagement. (HPtE Strategy®). I am TOC Jonah trained and highly proficient with the Theory of Constraints Thinking Process.

My purpose is to empower leaders and teams to achieve harmony and high performance in a fast-changing, complex, and global work environment.

🏅You could think of me as a professional sports coach, standing on the sidelines, helping players maximize their performance individually, work together as a team and using a well-researched playbook to achieve the highest possible levels of performance. The 1992 United States men’s Olympic basketball team, nicknamed the “Dream Team”, was once described as “the greatest collection of basketball talent on the planet”. Michael Jordan described it differently. He described them as having the best harmony.

đź’Ľ My work spans multiple sectors, including aviation, finance, tourism, education, public sector and health. I have facilitated hundreds of problems solving teams and negotiations, and I have worked with leaders at all levels from across the globe.
